Notice Regarding Opening Hours, Numbered Ticket Distribution for Infection Prevention
The following procedures have been designed to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at this exhibition. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we would appreciate your cooperation.
1. Visitor Guidelines
- Temperature Check, Disinfection, and Contact Tracing
At the reception desk, staff will ask you to take your temperature, disinfect your skin, fill in your contact information, and confirm that you are wearing a non-woven mask. Visitors with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher may not be allowed to enter the venue.
Please wear a mask at all times at the venue. We reserve the right to refuse admission to those who are unable to wear a non-woven mask.
If you come to the venue wearing a mask other than a non-woven one, we may ask you to wear a non-woven mask provided at the venue.
At the reception desk, we will also ask you to provide us with information on how to contact you in the event of an outbreak of infection.
- In Case of an Emergency Declaration
In case a state of emergency is declared again, this exhibition will be canceled immediately. Please check this webpage for updates on the situation.
2. About Our Opening Hours and Numbered Tickets Distribution
This exhibition has a turn system of 90 minutes that requires visitors to leave the venue once every 75 minutes for 15-minute ventilation.
For this reason, please check the exhibition timelines here before coming to the venue to ensure a smooth entry. In addition, to keep social distance, we are limiting the number of people who can enter the venue. Depending on the situation, we are going to distribute numbered tickets for the next session and reserve your priority entry. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your cooperation.
新型コロナ対策にもとづくお願い、開場時間および整理券の配布についてのご案内
本展覧会では新型コロナ感染対策として以下のような運営体制を設けております。大変ご迷惑おかけいたしますが、ご協力いただければ幸いです。
1. ご来場時のお願い
- 検温・消毒・感染経路対応について
受付にてスタッフが検温、消毒、連絡情報の記入を依頼、不織布マスク着用の確認を行います。検温結果37.5°C 以上の方に関しては入場をお断りする場合がございます。
会場では、常時マスクの着用をお願いいたします。不織布マスクの着用ができない方の入場は場合によりお断りすることがございます。また、不織布以外のマスクでご来場いただいた際には会場にて用意した不織布マスクの着用をお願いすることがございます。
受付時には、合わせて万一感染発生が確認された際のご連絡手段についての情報提供をお願いしております。
- 緊急事態宣言発令時の対応について
緊急事態宣言が再度発令された場合、本展覧会は速やかに中止いたします。状況は随時更新いたしますので、ご不明の際には本ページをご確認ください。
2. 開場時間及び整理券の発行について
本展覧会では75分ごとにご来場者に一度ご退場いただき、15分の換気を行う90分毎のターン制を設けております。そのため、こちらから開場時間をご確認の上お越しいただくとスムーズに入場可能です。また密状態の防止のため会場内にご入場いただける方の人数制限を行っております。場合により、次回以降の整理券をお配りして優先的にご入場いただくことになりますこと、予めご了承ください。ご迷惑おかけいたしますが、ご協力いただければ幸いです。
